SAM SULLIVAN

Sam Sullivan joined Stoic Real Estate Partners in 2023. He and his partner, Eric Olsen, team up to provide focused strategies and solutions in the Walnut Hill/Stemmons and Valwood submarkets. Through Sullivan’s discipline, diligence, and passion to serve others, his clients consistently receive the first-class attention they deserve.

Sullivan has successfully represented a variety of both tenants and building owners in numerous lease and sale transactions. Sam’s diverse body of work is the product of meaningful client relationships coupled with in-depth market knowledge.

His background includes an undergraduate degree from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, followed by a stint in the nonprofit world as a Campus Staff Member for Student Mobilization (StuMo), a college ministry at Baylor University. During his time with StuMo he mentored over 25 students in faith, leadership, and personal development.

Sullivan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends, and is an avid TCU Horned Frogs supporter.
