DJ DRAPER

DJ Draper, working alongside Chad Albert in the North Dallas industrial submarket, is Vice President at Stoic Real Estate Partners. Draper specializes in Tenant/Landlord Representation, Buyer/Seller Representation, and Asset Management.

Draper’s tireless work ethic, unrivaled market knowledge, and his “client-first” mentality are all reasons his clients cite in finding enjoyment and value when working with him.

Graduating from the University of North Texas, Draper competed on the Men’s Basketball Team under revered Head Coach, Grant McCasland. Draper ended his collegiate career with a C-USA Championship, ranking 1st all-time in three-point field goal percentage at UNT, and ranking 3rd in the nation for three-point field goal percentage his senior year.  “It’s no surprise to see DJ’s grit and selflessness on the court pay wild dividends off the court in the real estate business. He has an insatiable desire to serve others first, over his own interests. A trait many discuss, but very few embody like DJ.” said Head Coach McCasland, the UNT men’s basketball coach.
