JAKE GROSS

Jake Gross attended the University of North Texas, where he earned his Master’s in Accounting while also playing basketball for the Mean Green. Following graduation, he spent over 6 years in the financial services industry, where he built a strong foundation in accounting & finance, client service, and strategic problem-solving.

Jake joined Stoic Real Estate Partners in 2025, focusing on industrial real estate services in the Northeast Dallas submarket. In this role, he is committed to delivering tailored solutions to clients by leveraging both his analytical background and his passion for real estate and relationships.

Outside of the office, Jake enjoys golfing and hunting—activities that reflect his appreciation for discipline, patience, and the outdoors. His diverse background and strong work ethic enable him to build lasting relationships and provide thoughtful, results-driven real estate solutions.
